Job summary

Role covers SEO/SEM, website optimization, and broker/customer portal development, with governance and regulatory compliance at the core. English and Cantonese proficiency required; Putonghua a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 6–8 years in digital marketing or digital transformation.
• Proficient in SEO/SEM, web analytics, social media, CMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Manage website enhancements, SEO/SEM, and user journey optimization.
• Lead development and adoption of digital portals for customers and brokers.
• Manage end-to-end digital projects: BA, UAT, implementation, support.
• Monitor campaign metrics, traffic, and ROI; optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and information security policies.
