Job summary

Chevalier Asia Limited is seeking an HR Generalist to manage full HR functions, payroll and C&B across Hong Kong operations. The role includes recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and handling expatriate visa applications in a lean HR environment.

You will partner with GMs and operations to align manpower needs, maintain HR records, and produce regular management information. Bilingual Chinese/English skills and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR and administration experience, preferably supporting multiple business units, outlets or Group operations.
• Solid hands-on experience across core HR functions and comfortable working independently in a lean HR structure.
• Well versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions across Group operations including C&B, MPF and payroll calculation, final payments, HK employee tax filings, employee relations, insurance and HR record maintenance.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding/offboarding and manpower coordination across different business units and outlets.
• End-to-end management of Hong Kong working visa applications for expatriate employees.
• Work closely with GMs, chefs and operations teams across the Group to understand manpower needs, staffing issues and operational requirements.
• Prepare and update HR reports and manpower records; provide general administrative support for Group operations.
