Job summary

Charterhouse Limited invites applications for the Group Head of Finance, a senior leadership role based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee group-wide financial governance, budgeting, and reporting across hotels, while steering capex, internal controls, and digitization initiatives.

You will partner with hotel operations and commercial teams to drive profitability and manage a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

15+ years in finance leadership at group level, hotel or real estate.
Strong leadership and experience designing matrix teams.
Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Lead group financial governance and reporting, including management reporting, statutory/audit deliverables, and finance policy compliance.
Own budgeting and rolling forecasting, driving variance analysis and performance management across hotels.
Partner with hotel operations/commercial teams on hotel economics and profitability, including cost control and KPI tracking.
Manage capex and investment appraisal, ensuring benefits realization and disciplined project controlling.
Strengthen internal controls, risk management and audit readiness across the group.
Lead and develop the finance team and drive process/system improvements (standardization, automation, digitization, data quality).
