Job summary

Charterhouse Limited is recruiting a Senior Finance Manager in Hong Kong. The role opens to IANG/QMAS holders and offers up to HK$60k monthly. You will lead the accounting operations, drive accurate financial statements, and manage close processes with a focus on controls and efficiency.

You will collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors, coach a shared services team, and lead system implementation and automation initiatives to support rapid business growth.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting from a recognized university.
• 7–9 years of financial reporting/leadership experience in a sizable organization.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting operations team for comprehensive financial reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely submission of annual results announcements and statutory filings.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes with journal reviews, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements and automation (ERP enhancements, Power BI reporting).
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors; supervise shared services functions.
