Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics and supply chain group in Hong Kong for a seasoned finance leader. The role centres on driving transformation, governance, and strategic financial planning across cross-functional teams.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, oversee strategic projects, strengthen internal controls, and provide insights to senior leadership to improve capital efficiency in a global operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16+ years of finance leadership experience in large organisations or multinationals.
• Experience in supply chain/logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required; ability to work in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Drive finance transformation, standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Analyse financial performance and lead budgeting, forecasting, and reviews to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee strategic projects and shared-service-centre initiatives, tracking delivery, risks, financial outcomes, and benefits.
• Strengthen financial policies, governance, internal controls, and tax compliance in line with accounting standards and regulations.
• Improve return on capital employed and capital efficiency through financial analysis and recommendations to senior leaders.
