Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting a dynamic Chief Financial Officer for a HK-listed organisation. The role requires strategic leadership over financial planning, reporting, and corporate finance, with a track record at executive level.

You will oversee financial statements, budgets, forecasts, risk management, and compliance with local and international standards, while guiding treasury, funding, and investment decisions; engage with auditors, banks, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Qualified CPA (HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA, CPAA).
• 18–25 years total experience with at least 5 years in Big 4.
• Strong leadership at the executive level with cross-cultural experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
