Besteam Personnel Consultancy Limited, a micro MNC in the lifestyle consumer gadgets sector with offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, seeks a brilliant financial leader to report to the CEO and lead the strategic finance team.

The role focuses on capital markets, IPO readiness, governance, cross-border tax planning, and global financial management within a fast-growing international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree with CPA, ACCA, or HKICPA
• 13 years+ in finance, with at least 3 years as in Head of Finance, CFO or Financial Director
• Solid exposure in Hong Kong and Mainland China financial and tax practices
• Experience on Hong Kong IPO
• Experience gained in FMCG, lifestyle electronic consumer gadgets, smart hardware at regional level is preferred
• Nice to be familiar with EU/US, ME financial environments
• English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Responsabilités

• Capital Markets: Lead comprehensive IPO preparation, establishing robust governance, internal controls, and financial compliance
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance finance team while accelerating digitalization and process optimization
• International Tax & FX: Manage tax planning across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas markets (US/Europe, SEA, or Middle East) while controlling FX risk
• Global Financial Management: Direct global financial operations, including consolidated reporting, budgeting, cost control, and strict IFRS compliance
• Treasury & Liquidity: Oversee global treasury, optimizing cross-border fund allocation and mitigating liquidity risks

In order to cope with the growing global business, proactively seeking a brilliant financial leader with strategic prospective and capital markets experience to report to the CEO and lead the strategic finance team.

Responsibilities

• Capital Markets: Lead comprehensive IPO preparation, establishing robust governance, internal controls, and financial compliance
