Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university.
• Qualified CPA (HKICPA/ACCA/AICPA/CPAA).
• 17+ years total experience with at least 5 years in Big 4 previously.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Champion corporate finance strategy across channels.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Monitor cash flow, funding, and investment strategies.
• Provide strategic advice for long-term planning.
• Supervise accounting and finance team for efficient operations.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard assets.
