Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to drive the company’s strategic financial agenda for a Hong Kong-listed business with extensive international footprint. The role oversees financial strategy, statutory reporting, budgets, forecasts, and compliance across jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will lead a broad finance function, manage relationships with auditors and banks, and provide strategic guidance for long-term growth and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Qualified CPA (HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA, CPAA).
• 18-25 years total experience, with at least 5 years in Big 4.
• Well rounded finance leader with broads skill sets across all functions (including transactions and M&A).
• Proven leadership at the executive level and team management skills cross culturally.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Languages in English, Cantonese and Chinese.
• Candidates with a strong background who are currently in a Deputy CFO (or equivalent) can be considered.
