Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, product management or related roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex business & tech solutions from concept through implementation & adoption.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience working across business, data, technology, and external partner teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels.
• Experience in AI, data, analytics, automation, digital products, or emerging technology programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape, and prioritize high-value AI use cases with business leaders.
• Translate business challenges into solution requirements and AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop concepts and approaches balancing value, feasibility and scalability.
• Coordinate business, technology, data, and partner teams for on-time delivery.
• Establish knowledge governance and AI context foundations.
• Define agent capabilities and orchestration patterns for AI deployments.
• Embed responsible AI principles and risk controls in design and deployment.
• Support creation of reusable standards and best practices for AI delivery.
