Job summary

OKX is expanding its global Web3 Growth Team from Hong Kong, focusing on RWA-related products and ecosystem initiatives. You will collaborate with Product, Business Development, Marketing and regional teams to identify opportunities at the intersection of Web3 and traditional finance.

The role requires a strong growth mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to drive complex, cross-border projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years across financial services, fintech, internet, crypto/Web3 or related industries.
• Strong understanding of RWA, asset digitization and Web3 ecosystem.
• Experience in Growth, Product Operations, Partnerships or Ecosystem roles.
• Data-driven, with clear ownership and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global growth strategies for RWA-related products and ecosystem initiatives.
• Partner with global Product, Business Development, Marketing and other teams to identify market opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry participants and ecosystem partners.
• Translate user needs and market trends into growth strategies and product positioning.
• Support go-to-market and growth initiatives for new products and markets.
• Track developments in RWA and asset digitization to identify business opportunities.
• Use data and insights to assess performance and optimize growth initiatives.
• Drive strategic cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.
