OKX in Hong Kong is seeking a globally minded Web3 growth and ecosystem operations professional. Based in Hong Kong, you will plan and execute cross-market campaigns, connect ecosystem projects, communities, and users, and drive sustained on-chain usage and growth.

You will work with Wallets, DEXs, and cross-chain bridges to deliver high-quality applications to real users. Strong English communication and hands-on campaign execution are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations.
• Hands-on participation in the on-chain ecosystem with wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and DApps.
• Strong data mindset and ability to analyze operational funnels, user retention, and campaign costs.
• Excellent professional English communication and copywriting for international projects.

Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Research and Opportunity Identification: track leading blockchains and sectors; identify growth potential and partnerships.
• Ecosystem Partnerships and Development: build relationships and run globally scalable campaigns and education.
• Global User Insights and Operations: segment users and optimize onboarding and ongoing usage.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: lead global campaigns, budgets, and post-campaign analysis.
• Growth and Data Analysis: measure qualified users, on-chain activity, retention; optimize incentives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data across markets.
