Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunications or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales management, business analysis or large-scale marketing program management.
• Strong understanding of international telecom Voice and A2P business models and KPIs.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales organization for Voice and A2P messaging businesses.
• Formulate sales strategies and partner with sales teams to acquire domestic and international clients.
• Standardize sales workflows, hit sales targets and own overall business performance.
• Perform regular business data analysis on revenue delivery, channel efficiency, cost structure and other metrics.
