Job summary

HKBN seeks a Senior Officer in Voice Business and Traffic Management to oversee international wholesale voice operations from Hong Kong. You will manage tariffs, routing quality and costs, support sales in achieving revenue and gross profit targets, and handle bilateral traffic agreements with global carriers.

You will work with Network Operations on fault tickets, monitor traffic to detect anomalies and fraud, and prepare performance reports and financial analyses for leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in business, IT or related field.
• Experience in ICT/telecom or wholesale voice is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage termination cost, tariffs, routing quality and operations for international wholesale voice products.
• Assist and provide all necessary support to sales team in achieving sales revenue and gross profit targets.
• Manage bilateral traffic agreements and conduct cost evaluation and approval for terms.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with global carriers and assist with billing disputes.
• Liaise with Network Operations on fault tickets raised by global carriers.
• Monitor daily traffic reports, identify abnormal traffic patterns and conduct fraud control.
• Manage mass data records and compile business performance reports and financial analysis.
