Job summary

China Re Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited seeks a mid-level treasury and compliance professional to oversee statutory matters for the group’s subsidiaries and coordinate cross-border treasury operations. The role includes bank liaison, account management, and regulatory filings to ensure ongoing legality.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or higher, 2+ years in treasury/AML, and professional credentials such as CPA/ACCA/HKICPA.

Qualifications

• Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; majors in law, finance, financial management, economics/management, or related fields are preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or HKICPA are preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in treasury management at a group enterprise or family office.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in bank treasury compliance, AML.
• Hands-on experience in opening and maintaining offshore corporate bank accounts and in cross-border treasury operations.
• Familiar with core company law and fiscal/tax regimes and regulatory requirements of mainland China, Hong Kong, and the Cayman Islands.
• Knowledge of cross-border fund flows, foreign exchange administration, and AML.
• Communication and coordination with banks, regulators, external counsel, and internal departments.
• Data analysis, risk awareness, and confidentiality are required.
• English proficiency to review English contracts and communicate with offshore institutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee statutory matters for the Group’s subsidiaries, including filings and changes of directors/supervisors to ensure ongoing legality.
• Participate in establishment of new entities in multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor treasury operations across group companies and ensure funds for daily payments.
• Design compliant cross-border fund transfers and optimize fund utilization.
• Maintain bank relationships and manage onshore/offshore accounts and settlements.
• Ensure VAT, corporate income tax, profits tax, and substance reporting compliance; strengthen internal controls.
