China Three Gorges International Limited (CTGI) seeks a Treasury Assistant Manager / Senior Specialist to support financing plans, manage bank relationships, and oversee daily treasury operations in Hong Kong. The role requires 3+ years in finance, familiarity with local rules, and strong Chinese writing.

Ideal candidates will understand Mainland accounting standards, liaise with head office, auditors, and banks, and contribute to cross-border treasury activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance/accounting or treasury functions.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong local industry rules and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Mainland China accounting standards and practices is preferred.
• Strong written Chinese skills for official reporting and good communication with head office and local institutions.
• Experience in a Chinese enterprise (SOE or Mainland corporate group) in Hong Kong is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Formulate corporate financing plans and support bank relationships.
• Monitor debt structure, maturity, financing costs, and leverage; draft optimization proposals.
• Execute daily treasury operations, payments, accounts, and ad-hoc capital movements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and banks to complete routine treasury tasks efficiently.
