Job summary

KN Group seeks a seasoned Head of Treasury and Financing in Hong Kong to formulate strategies, optimize capital structure, and drive risk management for the group and overseas subsidiaries.

You will lead cross-border financing, manage multi-currency settlements, and build end-to-end risk controls while coordinating audits and regulator reviews. Candidates should have 8+ years in treasury with 5+ years in leadership, and a Master’s degree in Finance or related fields.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Finance & Accounting, or related disciplines.
• CPA, CFA or FRM certifications preferred.
• Min 8 years in treasury, financing and investment with 5+ years in team management.

Responsibilities

• Formulate treasury strategies and annual plans, optimize debt structures and capital costs.
• Oversee cash pooling, accounts and cash flow management for the group and subsidiaries.
• Lead financing projects and expand financing channels while lowering cost of capital.
• Manage cross-border funds, multi-currency settlements and FX/IR risk.
• Build risk control systems and coordinate audits/regulatory inspections.
• Maintain banker relationships and deliver operational analyses and team leadership.
