Job summary

China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a treasury professional to manage day-to-day corporate treasury activities, liaise with banks on facilities, and monitor covenants. The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, ACCA/HKICPA, and at least 5 years of treasury experience within large organizations, preferably in property development.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of treasury or financing experience from sizable companies, preferably in property development
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Hands-on experience in bank loan facilities, drawdowns, repayments and covenant monitoring
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day corporate treasury activities including loan financing, liaise with banks for banking facilities
• Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and managing taxation affairs
• Assist in preparing quarter-end closing
• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested
