Job summary

Cathay Pacific Group is seeking a Strategic Transformation Manager to drive strategic initiatives across its Global Business Services (GBS). You will translate strategy into actionable plans, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver sustainable outcomes across regions.

The role requires strong business acumen, experience in transformation programmes, and excellent English communication. You will work across HKG, BOM, and CAN locations to standardize ways of working and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience.
Experience in driving transformation programmes with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in developing and managing KPIs and budgets is a plus.
Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Define long-term transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities and corporate goals across GBS locations (HKG/BOM/CAN).
Lead and coordinate strategic projects, oversee budgeting, planning, tracking and forecasting.
Establish governance, reporting and performance-tracking frameworks across locations.
Develop and execute change management plans to drive transformation and stakeholder engagement.
