Job summary

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is seeking dynamic, high-caliber professionals to join our Service Promotion Department. The contract runs from mid-November 2026 to early February 2027 to support the Asian Financial Forum (AFF) and related events.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and bring strong English and Chinese language skills, with a customer-service mindset and teamwork spirit. Fresh graduates are welcome for this short-term role in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in customer services/ project management/ event organizing would be advantageous.
• Be mature, meticulous, proactive and with teamwork spirits.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua.
• Willingness to work long hours to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word-processing.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in the overall planning and execution of Asian Financial Forum (AFF).
• Liaise and maintain good relations with sponsors, exhibitors, partners and stakeholders.
• Handle sponsor and exhibitor enquiries, coordinate RSVP arrangements, and provide onsite event and logistics support.
• Support sponsorship fulfilment and exhibitor services to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Undertake administrative duties as and when necessary.
