薩普香港有限公司 is seeking an energetic entry-level Foreign Trade Assistant to support administrative tasks and drive overseas sales activities from Hong Kong. You will manage customer files, prepare quotations, coordinate orders with domestic factories, and assist with logistics and payments while communicating with overseas partners in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

The role welcomes recent graduates and emphasizes balancing admin duties with proactive customer development, requiring strong Excel

Qualificações

• Education level not limited; recent graduates can be trained.
• Foreign trade, industrial products or equipment sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Office software, able to use Excel to organise business data.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong English reading and writing ability to independently manage overseas customer email communication.
• Careful and composed in work approach, with proactive customer development awareness, good communication skills, and ability to handle sales performance pressure.
• Self-disciplined and responsible, able to balance administrative work with customer development, willing to pursue long-term foreign trade business.

Responsabilidades

• Administrative work: customer file management, sales ledgers, business report organisation, contract and invoice preparation, and organisation of Chinese and English product parameters and promotional materials
• Sales business: develop global market customers, identify overseas agents, distributors and end-factory clients, follow up on overseas inquiries, conduct business email communication, prepare quotations, negotiate commercially, and drive order completion
• Maintain existing overseas customers, identify repeat purchase, spare parts and equipment upgrade opportunities
• End-to-end order management: coordinate with domestic factories on parameters and delivery times, arrange samples and shipments, manage logistics follow-up, and assist with reconciliation and payment collection
• Support online promotion and overseas trade show preparation, collect global market and competitor information, complete other business-related work as assigned
