Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support product promotion and act as the primary contact for inquiries about product availability, pricing, order status and lead times. You will maintain dealer records and generate regular sales performance reports for management.

The role requires 2+ years in sales support roles within engineering or construction, and fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with international and local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ sales assistant/coordinator/administrator experience in engineering or construction is highly preferable.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support product promotion.
• Serve as a primary contact for external inquiries on product availability, pricing, order status and lead times.
• Maintain dealer records, target tracking data and account histories.
• Generate weekly/monthly sales performance reports, collection tracking sheets and dealer sales target progress summaries for sales management.
