Job summary

MoneyHero Limited is seeking a technology program leader to drive cross‑market delivery across Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines and Taiwan. You will translate business priorities into well-scoped projects, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and manage vendors and partners from planning through launch and beyond.

You will read API docs, design integrations, and leverage AI tools daily to plan, document, analyse, and prototype while ensuring governance and risk controls are in place.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology project or program management delivering cross-functional programs.
• Strong API, data flow and integration design understanding.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on use of AI tools in planning, documentation and scripting.
• Fluent in English, written Traditional Chinese and spoken Cantonese.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and vendor management; PMP/CSM/CSPO a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs across Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines and Taiwan.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and external partners to scope, plan and launch projects.
• Design integration flows, API call sequences and data movement between platforms.
• Source and manage SaaS vendors, monitor SLAs, costs and contract terms.
• Define business value, KPIs and track results post-launch.
• Prepare requirements, user stories and UAT plans; ensure go-live readiness.
• Coordinate risk, security and regulatory considerations with InfoSec and Legal.
• Maintain RAID logs and escalate issues with options for resolution.
• Report status to senior leadership and align stakeholders across markets.
• Apply AI tools to speed up planning, documentation and prototyping.
