Moody's is seeking a Sourcing Specialist in Hong Kong to identify and engage top talent for specialist and hard-to-fill roles. You will build high-quality pipelines, work with recruiters and hiring managers, and leverage AI-enabled tools to inform strategy and expand talent pools.

You will partner across Moody's Talent Attraction team to deliver timely, high-quality candidates, maintain candidate engagement, and adapt outreach by regional market differences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant sourcing experience will also be considered.
• Experience sourcing talent at scale across niche, specialist, or hard-to-find roles is required.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Japanese language skills a plus.
• Strong proficiency in core sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and candidate databases.
• Experience sourcing across multiple regional markets (Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore) and adapting strategies accordingly.

Aufgaben

• Identify, assess, and build pipelines of passive candidates for niche, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles across multiple business areas.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, candidate databases, AI-enabled tools, and alternative sourcing channels to engage qualified talent at scale.
• Act as a sourcing partner to recruiters and hiring managers by advising on talent availability, candidate pools, market trends, and insight-led sourcing strategies.
• Develop and test creative sourcing strategies, talent maps, and outreach approaches to uncover new candidate pools and improve pipeline quality.
• Maintain the CRM as a proactive sourcing tool by growing, organizing, and managing candidate pipelines to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates, assessing qualifications, interest, availability, and role alignment.
• Use funnel metrics and market intelligence to track progress, improve conversion, and prioritize against KPIs and SLAs.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging talent acquisition tools.
