Job summary

Polymer Capital Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across global investment and non-investment functions. You will partner with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and contribute to employer branding and process improvements.

The role requires 3–8 years in recruitment, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-performance environment within financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience within financial services, asset management, hedge funds, investment banking, technology, or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across global investment and non-investment functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role specifications, team structures, and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies utilizing direct search, referrals, networking, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external search firms.
• Conduct market mapping and talent identification exercises across key markets.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
• Prepare recruitment updates, hiring reports, and status summaries for management.
