  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role specifications, team structures, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies utilizing direct search, referrals, networking, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external search firms.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent identification exercises across key markets.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines.

  • Ensure consistent communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Operations
  • Maintain and administer recruitment systems, trackers, and applicant management platforms.
  • Manage offer preparation and recruitment documentation.
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screening processes.
  • Ensure all approvals and recruitment governance requirements are completed prior to hire.
  • Partner with HC Operations to ensure smooth handoff from recruitment to onboarding. This aligns with the firm’s recruitment-to-onboarding workflow.
Employer Branding & Campus Recruitment
  • Support employer branding initiatives, social media recruitment campaigns, and industry events.
  • Coordinate university relations, internship programs, and campus recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain talent communities for future hiring needs.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent hiring processes across different functions and locations.
  • Strong sourcing and direct search capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
