WeAreAspire partners with a global intelligence company to recruit a Sponsorship Sales Manager in Hong Kong. You will grow sponsorship revenue across a global events portfolio and drive new business development across Asia-Pacific.

You will manage client relationships, deliver tailored sponsorship proposals, and collaborate with Content, Production, Marketing and Operations teams. Travel across APAC and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sponsorship sales experience in B2B environments.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Asia-Pacific and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive renewals, upselling and long-term partnerships.
• Develop tailored sponsorship proposals aligned with client objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and contract closure.
• Collaborate with Content, Production, Marketing and Operations teams to deliver sponsorship solutions.
• Leverage AI tools and market insights to enhance prospecting, client engagement and sales performance.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce CRM.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and mentor junior sales team members where required.
