Job summary

HBX Group is seeking a Sourcing Business Development Manager to drive acquisition, development, and growth of strategic hotel partnerships. You will identify opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, execute growth plans, and build long-term relationships with key partners.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize partner performance, tailor solutions, and support regional business objectives. Strong negotiation, contract management, and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in commercial, sales, account management, or contracting roles with direct client engagement.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic partner acquisition by identifying and targeting new hotels and partners, and tailoring the value proposition.
• Differentiate with existing partners through tailored conditions and joint-value approaches to uplift business.
• Implement growth-focused strategy with regional account development alignment and target key markets.
• Develop and execute plans to improve contracting quality and increase conversion rates for hotels or clusters.
• Collaborate with commodity, acquisition, differentiation, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions to differentiated structures (SPAs, differentiated deals).
• Represent HBX Group at industry events and manage external relationships with hotel partners and customers.
