Job summary

Accommodations Plus International seeks a Sourcing Specialist to manage hotel sourcing projects for airline clients and hotel partners. You will conduct market research, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate terms, and deliver high-quality evaluation reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

The role requires 2–3 years in procurement, experience with airlines/hotels is preferred, and strong English communication. A global perspective and ability to work with diverse cultures are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years' experience in a procurement role.
• Two years travel industry experience (airlines/hotels) preferred.
• Strong English fluency; multilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel sourcing projects for clients and build industry knowledge.
• Lead RFP/RFI processes using API's sourcing tech and negotiate terms.
• Develop sourcing strategies with Account Managers and identify reverse auction opportunities.
• Analyze market trends to craft fit-for-purpose sourcing strategies.
• Create detailed evaluation reports in Excel/PowerPoint within deadlines.
• Coordinate site inspections and track information in Salesforce.
