Booking.com in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive commercial growth and strengthen partnerships. You will manage a portfolio of high-value accommodation partners, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven results.

The role requires 5–8+ years of account management experience, fluency in English and Cantonese, and strong skills in negotiation, Excel/BI tools, and CRM systems.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in account management, sales or partner management in B2B environments.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio against commercial targets using data.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner portfolio management: grow high-potential, strategic partners in HK.
• Commercial & performance management: own revenue, margin and share targets.
• Strategic planning & execution: develop portfolio plans aligned with strategy.
• Relationship management & collaboration: act as primary contact for senior stakeholders.
• Operational excellence & compliance: maintain CRM records and reports.
