Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 12–15 years in global merchandising, sourcing, and supply chain leadership.
• Experience leading regional/global teams in multinational settings.
• Strong track record in standardization, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Deep knowledge of merchandising, sourcing, product development, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of global sourcing and supply chain operations across regional offices.
• Standardize operating procedures, workflows, and best practices for efficiency.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from development to delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable efficiency improvements.
• Champion initiatives to simplify processes and strengthen organization.
