Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated ISC Onboarding Lead to drive onboarding for International Supply Chain customers and ensure end-to-end solution design aligns with commercial goals.

You will collaborate with hemispheres and countries, manage migration plans for Infor Nexus and ESP, and provide training and consultancy to teams and external partners to deliver scalable, value-driven implementations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to empower a high performing solution design team.
• Act as the product expert for ISC onboarding.
• Drive global migration plans for Infor Nexus and ESP.
• Support hemisphere and national onboarding activities.
• Drive the ISC onboarding tracker focusing on time, risk, cost, NPS, and volumes.
• Provide training, coaching and consultancy to community members and external parties.
• Ensure solution designs are operationally sound and scalable.
• Review and approve solution design for ISC onboarding.
• Document end-to-end process and scope.
• Identify risks from customer needs versus company capabilities.
• Act as Stage gate for Solution Design Operational Sign off.
• Deliver customer presentations of solution.
• Estimate onboarding requirements and guide timelines.
• Monitor onboarding to align with design and sale to operations.
• Support business development in ISC strategy.
• Develop solution design toolkit and technical demonstration disciplines.

How you create impact

Your primary objective is to deliver sustainable and profitable growth for the International Supply Chain (ISC) by partnering with ISC Business Development and subject matter experts as needed in supporting customer acquisition, retention and upselling for complex opportunities across sales channels.

• To assist in collaborating, empowering + inspiring a high performing solution design team.
• To act as the product expert for the onboarding of ISC customers
• To drive global migration plans for Infor Nexus and ESP, providing visibility of progress and risks
• To support hemisphere and national onboarding activities, as and when required
• To drive the ISC onboarding tracker focusing on time, risk, cost, NPS score and volumes.
• To grow lessons learnt and case studies library related to new ISC business onboarding projects.
• To provide training, coaching and consultancy to community members and external parties in the context of ISC projects
• To execute internal (hemisphere and country) and external solution design ensuring all opportunities are fully scoped ensuring solution designs are operationally and technically sound and scalable in line with commercial policy.
• To review and approve solution design submitted for ISC commercial onboarding process.
• To review and document detailed solution design output including end to end process and scope of work.
• To review and document risks associated with customer needs vs. company capabilities operationally and technically.
• To act as a Stage gate for all Solution Design Operational Sign off as per process with both hemispheres
• To execute customer presentation of solution, ensuring alignment with agreed and signed off solution.
• To estimate onboarding requirements according to the solution scope, guiding the timelines for planning and executing implementations.
• To monitor and control that solutions are onboarded in line with what was designed and sold to the customer through implementation to operations.
• To support business development in short-, medium- and long-term commercial strategy.
• To support the creation and maintenance of the solution design toolkit and technical demonstration disciplines
• To deliver technical demonstrations are consistent, in line with key ISC messaging and tailored value propositions for customers and all organizational levels.
• To execute strategic ISC management projects when and as required including acting as RIM as and when required for complex ISC Implementation
