Job summary

ORCAS GROUP INTERNATIONAL LIMITED seeks an experienced Development Manager to lead real estate development across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and overseas markets. You will manage the full lifecycle from site identification to delivery, aligning with investor objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a strong blend of technical development, cross-border project management, and commercial acumen, with frequent travel to Mainland China and overseas sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in real estate development or construction.
• Experience managing international or cross-border projects.
• Proven track record from inception to completion of developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead overseas real estate projects with Mainland investors and partners.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure design quality and cost control.
• Perform site assessments, market research, and feasibility studies.
• Act as liaison between HK headquarters, Mainland partners, and overseas teams.
• Review drawings and construction specs to meet goals and quality.
• Monitor progress, conduct site visits, resolve technical issues.
• Identify value-add opportunities to boost project returns.
• Build relationships with investors, family offices, and corporate clients.
