Job summary

XIYU TECH(GROUP) COMPANY LIMITED is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead end-to-end orders for German Lidl and ALDI retail projects. You will act as the main liaison between the factory and the Asia team, coordinating with customer PMs and internal departments to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Required is a minimum of 5 years in business, fluency in English and Mandarin, and strong cross-cultural communication skills to manage overseas customers and multi-department

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience.
Experience with Lidl/ALDI projects is preferred.
Bachelor's degree; strong English; Mandarin required.
Ability to navigate cross-departmental structures and communicate with overseas customers.

Responsibilities

Act as the project contact for Lidl and ALDI retail projects, coordinating with customer PMs and internal teams to track milestones.
Manage the full lifecycle of small appliance orders, including procurement, production, quality inspection and logistics.
Develop and standardise project documentation and templates to streamline workflows.
Organise and chair project meetings, coordinate resources, and identify bottlenecks and issues.
Track budgets and ensure spending is compliant and transparent.
