Futu Holdings Limited is seeking a skilled performance marketing lead to drive user acquisition for Moomoo App across key markets. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize budgets, and build robust measurement dashboards to improve attribution and conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years overseas performance marketing / UA experience. Hands-on campaign management experience on at least two of Meta, Google, TikTok, X
• Working English proficiency preferred
• Able to design multi-channel strategies and make budget & channel prioritization decisions based on audience insights and business targets
• Personal trading experience in HK/US stocks, funds or options; or prior marketing experience for fintech, brokerage and financial products
• Solid understanding of ad attribution tools including AppsFlyer and GA. Skilled at A/B testing and data analysis to spot growth bottlenecks and opportunities
• Familiar with AI tools to improve ads and analytics, keep up with new ad channels and tactics
• Result-oriented with strong logic. Capable of cross-team collaboration and strategy execution in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead performance user acquisition for Moomoo App in target markets via Meta, Google, TikTok, X and other ad channels. Take ownership of acquisition volume, user acquisition cost and user quality
• Analyze local investor personas, investment behaviors and user decision journeys. Build multi-channel ad strategies, set channel priorities and budget allocation, and adjust tactics to align with market changes
• Optimize ad account structure, targeting, bidding and placements to lift full-funnel conversion efficiency from impression to conversion
• Build ad performance and attribution dashboards. Run A/B tests and data reviews to iterate strategies and develop scalable regional growth playbooks
• Partner with creative, data and product teams to turn user insights into ad creative directions and improve landing experience for better conversions
• Use AI tools to boost efficiency in ad operations, creatives and analytics, and explore AI applications for performance growth
