Job summary

Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to support global packaging operations. You will manage workflows, coordinate systems, and drive standardization across packaging development with Packaging Center of Excellence and cross-functional teams worldwide.

This role focuses on optimizing processes, delivering on schedules with internal teams and external partners, and developing reports and dashboards to track performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Design Management, Operations, Packaging, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, packaging development and production operations.
• Experience working with workflow systems, process management, or operational tools.
• Experience in product, creative, or packaging development processes for consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain global packaging operational processes and standards.
• Support packaging-related systems, workflows, problem solving, user training materials, and system coordination.
• Coordinate packaging development activities, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency through standardization initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Ensure alignment and communication across cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Support execution of global packaging workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
