Job summary

Hasbro is seeking a Sourcing Manager (Packaging & Paper) to lead the Directed Materials strategy, build a resilient supply network, and drive cost savings across packaging and paper spends. You will partner with Global Supply Chain, Product Development, and QA to shape sourcing decisions that support innovation and sustainability goals.

The role requires 5+ years of global procurement experience, strong negotiations, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of global procurement experience in resin, electronic components and/or apparel with international exposure.
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Procurement or Supply Chain.
Deep knowledge of the assigned materials industry in engineering/procurement/sales.
Strong ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Energy, drive and willingness to push Hasbro toward innovative sourcing goals.
Willingness to travel up to 30% and collaborate across global functions.

Responsibilities

Define an ambitious materials roadmap to leverage Hasbro scale and mitigate risks.
Deploy the Directed Material Sourcing Strategy and build a world-class supply network.
Deliver 3–5% year-on-year sourcing productivity while reducing supply risk.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage strategic supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with Hasbro standards and sustainability practices.
