Job summary

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Design Management, Operations, Packaging, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in creative operations, packaging development and production operations.
Experience working with workflow systems, process management, or operational tools.
Experience in product, creative, or packaging development processes for consumer products.

Responsibilities

Develop, document, and maintain global packaging operational processes and standards.
Support packaging-related systems, workflows, problem solving, user training materials, and system coordination.
Coordinate packaging development activities, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders and vendors.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency through standardization initiatives.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
Ensure alignment and communication across cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Support execution of global packaging workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
