Job summary

Hasbro is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer in Hong Kong to develop packaging and instruction visuals, from concept to production-ready artwork, under the Graphic Design Leaders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver packaging solutions that captivate consumers on the shelf.

Responsibilities include creating illustrations, 3D renderings, and ensuring QA and legal packaging requirements are met, while managing schedules and staying aligned with brand DNA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, 3D, Digital Design or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience in related industry.

• Create packaging-related presentation assets.
• Produce 3D renderings and animations.
• Apply QA and legal packaging/instructions requirements.

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and passionate Associate Graphic Designer to work under the supervision of the Graphic Design Leaders to develop innovative design solutions with high visual impact, create print and digital graphics that clearly convey messages, and meet key deadlines for projects. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver packaging solutions that protect our products and captivate consumers on the shelf. Core functions will be developing packaging, instructions and eComm visuals/assets from initial conceptualization, branding to final production-ready artwork and managing item level schedule.

• Experience with AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Firefly, Copilot, Vizcom, Meshy...) is an asset
• Organized and multi-tasking
• Strong presentation skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies for improving digital content
