Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Limited is recruiting an Operations Executive for a well-established international sourcing and supply chain solutions provider. The role centers on commercial operations, procurement, and cross-functional coordination, spanning reporting, market analysis, and supplier management.

With regional exposure, you will apply advanced Excel skills, support payroll admin, and drive process improvements while enjoying a WFH 3 days per week and a 13th month pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field.
• 2–5 years in operations, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Experience in retail, trading, or commercial operations.
• Advanced MS Excel: Pivot Tables, reporting, data analysis.
• Excellent English and Cantonese communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare sales reports, market and operational reports, and presentations.
• Analyze data in Excel and monitor performance.
• Support category management, market research, and revenue analysis.
• Assist sourcing and procurement activities: supplier RFQ, benchmarking.
• Maintain supplier databases and product records.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and payroll/HR admin.
• Organize business travel, events, training, and internal comms.
• Support business improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.
