Qualifications

• Significant expertise in NPI management within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in EMS or ODM space.
• Highly experienced in customer-facing leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of procurement cycles, commodity pricing trends, and the Design-to-Manufacture lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Launch Orchestration: Lead the strategic roadmap for new product qualifications and RFQ processes, ensuring a seamless handover from design concepts to the factory floor.
• Global Design-to-Manufacture Integration: Partner with R&D and Engineering hubs in the US and China to influence product design, optimizing for maximum supply chain performance and cost-efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Matrix Leadership: Direct collaborative efforts across Engineering, Sourcing, and Logistics to implement robust NPI workflows and validate alternative component sourcing.
• Commercial & Pricing Strategy: Lead high-level negotiations and BOM analysis; collaborate closely with Commodity Management teams to lock in competitive pricing that meets aggressive growth targets.
• Key Account Liaison: Act as the primary strategic interface for external Key Accounts and Sales teams, managing executive-level communications and project transparency.
• Supply Chain Engineering: Oversee the transition from material pricing and sourcing to final delivery execution, maintaining a focus on operational flexibility and risk mitigation.
