This role sits at the intersection of supply chain strategy and execution, coordinating across multiple EMS production hubs to ensure seamless product delivery and agile operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale supply chain operations, preferably EMS/ODM.
• Deep familiarity with factory-floor dynamics and high-tech production cycles.
• Skilled in demand planning, inventory modeling, and BOM management.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English for high-level stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Management: act as the lead consultant for global partners, aligning demand forecasts with factory capabilities.
• Operational Execution: oversee end-to-end material lifecycle and readiness for production runs.
• NPI & Scaling Support: drive the framework for new product introductions from qualification to high-volume manufacturing.
• Process Engineering: design and implement supply chain workflows to improve flexibility and reduce inventory risks.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize procurement and site performance.
