Job summary

Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 is seeking an Assistant NPI Manager to oversee new product introductions at our Dongguan factory. The role requires coordinating with customers on specifications, managing schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery.

The candidate should have a degree in mechanical/manufacturing/mechatronic engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, and strong leadership and communication skills, with English and Mandarin fluency. Occasional travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Solid knowledge in product development, production and testing processes.
• Proven experience in project management and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers on product specifications.
• Ensure project schedule and deliverables are completed on time.
• Enhance operation efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Formulate project plan and arrange necessary resources for project implementation.
• Communicate with overseas customers and in-house production departments for project development.
• Occasional overseas travel may be required to join customers' project meetings.
• Experience in mechanical design with ProE/Creo will be an advantage.
