Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking an experienced NPI Lead to drive new product introduction initiatives and strategic supply chain programs for key customer accounts. You will lead end-to-end NPI programs, coordinate between Engineering, Sourcing, Commodity Management and Manufacturing, and manage launches from development through mass production.

The role requires a degree in a related field, strong NPI/Program Management experience in EMS/ODM, knowledge of RFQ and BOM costing, and fluency in

Qualifications

• Experience in NPI, program management, or SSCM in EMS/ODM.
• Knowledge of RFQ, BOM costing, supplier management, and qualification.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset with pricing, negotiation, and cost management.
• Familiar with electronics manufacturing and global supply chain operations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI programs and RFQ activities for global accounts.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams including Engineering, Sourcing, Commodity Management, and Manufacturing.
• Manage product launches from development through mass production.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful NPI execution and supplier qualification.
• Support design optimization initiatives to improve supply chain performance and cost competitiveness.
• Lead sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, and commodity management activities.
• Develop pricing strategies, BOM costing, and commercial quotations.
• Monitor supply chain performance to achieve delivery, cost, and flexibility targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer communications and escalations.
• Ensure smooth transition from quotation and qualification to volume production.
