Job summary

Anglo-Eastern in Hong Kong seeks a senior Finance Systems Lead to guide the design, implementation, and modernization of our financial platforms, including NetSuite. You will map business needs to technical designs, manage risks, and drive platform strategies across multi-book accounting, assets, FX, AR/AP, invoicing, and banking integrations.

You will lead deployments, develop work plans, run UAT, standardize processes, maintain system configurations, and mentor a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
• Proven experience with the implementation and management of finance & accounting platforms; NetSuite experience strongly desired.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of system architecture design and integration across finance systems.
• Experience with user acceptance testing on in-house and external systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead across stakeholders in an international organisation.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team; willing to travel to meet stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead system implementations and upgrades, including planning, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and manage work plans for internal and external teams assigned to implementation projects.
• Run user acceptance testing for new systems and system changes, covering NetSuite and other platforms.
• Identify and implement process improvements that raise efficiency and accuracy across the group.
• Maintain and optimize NetSuite to ensure integration and business alignment.
• Provide technical support and advice to the Finance team on system enhancements and automation.
• Collaborate with Accounts, HR, and IT teams to keep data accurate and aligned with business objectives.
