Job summary

HR Plus is seeking an Accountant to manage multi-entity finance operations across our regional hub. You will lead month-end closes, generate management reports, and ensure accurate multi-currency accounting and intercompany reconciliations for six international entities.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with cloud platforms like MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks, plus fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin for global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in general accounting.
• Hands-on experience with full-set accounting, month-end close and management reporting.
• Experience in multi-currency and multi-entity environments preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and cloud accounting platforms (MYOB/MYOB Advanced, Xero or QuickBooks).
• Strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and year-end closes for 6 international group entities.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages, financial statements, and KPI analyses.
• Maintain live, real-time booking across international transactions and cross-border payments.
• Perform daily multi-currency bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Coordinate global supply chain logistics accounting and asset transfers.
• Assist in regional tax filings and liaise with external auditors.
