Job summary

GLOBAL EXPANSION HOLDING LIMITED seeks a Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting for multiple entities and channels. You will ensure timely, accurate financial records across purchasing, sales channels, inventory, receivables, and payables while driving process improvements and supporting strategic decisions.

You will manage full-cycle accounting, lead month-end closes, handle intercompany transactions, and review journals and accruals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification accounting experience
• Strong exposure to trading, retail, e-commerce, distribution, or multi-channel businesses
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced features
• Ability to work with ERP and e-commerce/marketplace platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities and channels
• Lead month-end and year-end closes with accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments and intercompany transactions
• Monitor inventory valuations, COGS and gross margin by channel
• Provide monthly management accounts and KPI dashboards
• Ensure compliance with HK GAAP/IFRS and local tax rules
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents during audits
