Job summary

Ogloba in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to partner with sales teams, presenting solutions via web meetings and calls to accelerate closes. You will respond to qualifying inquiries and support pre-sales with effort-based evaluations and proof-of-concepts for mobile analytics and messaging.

The role requires 2+ years in solutions consulting or related fields and a strong grasp of digital marketing and analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in solutions consulting, sales, or account management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support to Inside Sales teams, partners and prospective customers
• Develop and deliver responses to customer inquiries, including RFPs and RFIs
• Provide evaluations and proof-of-concept assistance to partners and prospects
• Evangelize Localytics solutions at marketing and enablement events
• Assist with training of new pre-sales consultant hires and other sales staff
• Document customer feature requests and issues
• Assist product development in testing new products
