Job summary

Markets is seeking a proactive KOL Operations Specialist to develop and maintain global influencer resources across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You will plan collaborations, define content direction, and monitor performance to optimize campaigns.

You'll drive localized content strategies, track reach and engagement, and work with marketing and social teams to ensure alignment with brand goals. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in internet industry operations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with at least 2 years of operational experience in the Internet industry.
• Experience in overseas financial user growth, such as digital currency, brokerage, Hong Kong/US stocks, and funds.
• Strong innovation and execution capabilities, meticulous and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KOL resources in global markets across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Plan and execute KOL collaboration programs, including content direction and promotional activities.
• Monitor the implementation of KOL collaboration projects, analyze performance data, and optimize collaboration strategies.
• Establish long-term partnerships to maintain high engagement between the brand and KOLs.
• Assist in ideating KOL content to ensure alignment with brand tone and market demand.
• Drive the release of KOL collaboration content and track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Provide localized content recommendations based on European culture and trends to enhance brand communication.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and other teams to ensure KOL activities align with overall brand marketing strategies.
• Regularly consolidate project data, produce analytical reports, and support overall brand optimization.
