Job summary

Magic Compass Securities Limited is seeking a Social Media Operations Specialist to own day-to-day overseas market accounts (YouTube, Instagram, X, Telegram, etc.). You will plan weekly content, coordinate with the content team, and maintain a publishing calendar while monitoring engagement and queries.

The role requires 1+ years of overseas social ops experience, scripting ability, and comfort with finance-content compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of social media ops experience with overseas markets.
• Ability to write/adapt scripts, manage schedules and read basic analytics.
• Comfortable with finance-content compliance.
• Strong written English; Korean is a plus; other languages welcome.

Own day-to-day social operations for overseas market accounts (YouTube, Instagram, X, Telegram, and others as assigned)

Plan and publish weekly content: education, product explainers, and campaign support

Coordinate creatives with the content team and keep a clear publishing calendar

Monitor comments and DMs; route partnership and support queries to the right team

Support media / KOL / agency content rollouts; all external creatives must be approved internally before use

Track basic performance (views, engagement, growth) and share simple weekly recaps

What we're looking for

1+ years of social media ops experience with overseas / international markets

Able to write or adapt scripts, manage schedules, and read basic channel analytics

Comfortable with finance-content compliance

Strong written English; Korean is a plus; other languages are also welcome

Preferred

Experience with the Korean market (content, community, or local platforms such as Kakao / Naver)

Background in the fintech industry

Basic video editing or short-form production experience

Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and workflow
